LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Parity Group revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Matthew Bayfield and finance director Roger Antony had each bought more than 50,000 ordinary shares in the data recruitment and consulting firm.
Bayfield acquired 51,282 ordinary shares in the group at an average price of 9.75p each on Monday - for a total value of £4,999.99.

Antony purchased 53,515 shares at 9.25p each - for a total value of £4,950.14 - on the same day.

Just the week before, Integumen signed heads of terms with Parity to enter a multi-year framework agreement to be completed on or before 18 December for the supply of artificial intelligent software across Parity's NHS, central government and private institutional clients.

As of 1630 GMT, Parity shares were up 4.57% at 9.72p.
