LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Marketing services and book publishing group St Ives has reached an agreement to buy retail business consultancy Fripp Sandeman and Partners.
The London-listed group, which did not disclose any financial details of the deal, said the acquisition will strengthen its specialist consultancy services business, adding the newly-acquired group will be integrated into its strategic marketing division.
"FSP is an excellent fit for the group, in line with our stated strategy of acquiring complementary, ambitious and growing strategic marketing businesses that share our common attributes and ethos," said group chief executive Matt Armitage.
St Ives shares were up 0.22% to 182.40p at 1013 BST on Thursday.
