LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Spirax-Sarco Engineering revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Nimesh Patel had offloaded 1,812 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed manufacturer.
Patel, who joined Spirax-Sarco in 2020, sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 11,070.0p each, for a total value of £200,588.39.

The sale comes as Patel exercised nil cost options over 3,835 shares in the firm, with the disposal being used to cover his tax and national insurance liabilities.

As od 1610 GMT, Spirax-Sarco shares were down 1.96% at 11,005.0p.
