LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Reach revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Jim Mullen had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the media firm.
Mullen, who took over as CEO at Reach back in August, acquired the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 100.0p each, for a total value of £100,000.

Reach provided an update on trading from 1 July to date on Friday, which it said had been "steady". Like-for-like revenue was down 4.4%, but this was an improvement on the 6.6% decline seen in the same period last year.

Revenue from the print division fell 7.3% but digital revenues grew 14%. This is versus an 8.2% fall and a 9.3% increase, respectively, last year.

As of 1645 GMT, Reach shares were 2.55% at 104.60p.
