LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Entertainment tech outfit Amino Technologies on Wednesday said it had secured a new contract to deliver an 'upcycling' programme for existing customer T-Mobile Netherlands.
T-Mobile will use the company's AminoOS software, which allows existing devices to be 'upcycled' to deliver an improved TV service including integration with the latest media players without having to replace set-top boxes.
"The AminoOS software also enables a smooth and low-risk transition to a new platform with minimal subscriber disruption, removing the need for expensive customer visits or replacement hardware," the company said.
