LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Good Energy revealed on Friday that chief financial officer Rupert Sanderson had disposed of 17,680 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed renewable energy firm.
Sanderson, who joined the firm in February 2017, sold the shares at an average price of 341.0p, for a total value of £60,288.80.

Back in September, Good Energy rebuffed yet another "hostile and highly opportunistic offer" from Ecotricity that it claimed significantly undervalued the business.

"Ecotricity is an unfit owner with an unsuitable plan," said Good Energy. "Ecotricity's poor business condition means it is an unfit owner for the company."

As of 1625 BST, Good Energy shares were down 2.11% at 347.50p.
