LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Beowulf Mining has provided further comments to Sweden's Mining Inspectorate regarding the possible effects of a mining operation at Kallak on Laponia.
It had responded to concerns from Sweden's National Heritage Board (Riksantikvarieambetet, or RAA) and the country's Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvardsverket, or NV).

Chief executive Kurt Budge said Beowulf had further demonstrated that it had done what was required to be awarded an Exploitation Concession for Kallak North.

Beowulf is a mineral exploration and development company focused on the Kallak magnetite iron ore project and the Atvidaberg polymetallic exploration licence in Sweden, and its graphite portfolio in Finland.

At 12:19 BST, shares in AIM-quoted Beowulf Mining were down 1.39% to 8.88p each.
