LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Video games creative services provider Keywords Studios has made two further acquisitions as part of its efforts to become the 'go to' technical and creative services platform for the industry.
Keywords acquired London's Indigo Pearl and Milan's Jinglebell Communications in two separate deals on Thursday, paying as much as £2.0m for the former and €1.8m for the latter.
The AIM-listed group highlighted that it had worked closely with Indigo Pearl for a number of years, with the group supporting its trade press PR efforts.
Chief executive Andrew Day said: "We are delighted to have further grown the Keywords family by adding such talented teams in Milan and London."

As of 1340 GMT, Keywords shares were up 0.76% at 2,660.0p.
