LONDON (ShareCast) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund said it completed the acquisition of the United Kingdom's largest solar photovoltaic plant.
In March, the company said it would buy the Norfolk based plant from Trina Solar Luxembourg (EU) Systems for £56.5m.
The Gurnsey-based fund said the plant had a capacity of 49.9 Megawatts Peak, bringing Bluefield's combined energy capacity in excess of 250 MWp.
Bluefield took over the plant which had been operational since March 2015 at the end of June.
