LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Vistry Group said on Thursday that its Partnerships division, Countryside Partnerships, has formed a 50/50 joint venture with The Guinness Partnership to deliver phase two of Signal Park in Tolworth in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
The Guinness Partnership is one of the UK's largest providers of affordable housing.
Vistry, formerly Bovis Home, said the scheme - which has a gross development value of £400m - will deliver more than 700 much-needed, mixed-tenure homes to the area.
Work on site is anticipated to begin by early 2025 once full planning permission is granted.
