LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Cadence Minerals revealed on Monday that non-executive director Adrian Fairbourn had acquired 185,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed mining investor.
Fairbourn, who a former investment analyst at the Bank of Bermuda, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 13.0p each, for a total value of £24,050.

Back in August, Cadence raised £1.25m for both general working capital, and to allow it to repay loan notes using cash.

As of 1630 GMT, Cadence shares were up 0.87% at 14.50p.
