LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Angus Energy said Alba Mineral Resources has now completed the acquisition of 5% participating interest in Production Licence 235 comprising the Brockham Oil Field.
Under the terms of the farm-out agreement between Alba and Angus Energy Weald Basin No 3 Ltd, and following receipt of the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the Brockham partners had now completed the assignment of the 5% to Alba.
Alba was now a licensee under PL 235.
At 10:58 BST, shares in AIM-quoted Angus Energy were up 1.39% to 9.12p each. Those in AIM-listed Alba were flat at 0.24p each.
