LONDON (ShareCast) - First gas is expected from AIM-listed upstream oil and gas company Sound Oil's Casa Tiberi gas field next month after civil works were completed.
The Italy focused outfit said the production skid has arrived on site and the company had secured all necessary permissions to install the skid and commence commissioning.
Chief Executive James Parsons said: "We are pleased to report continued operational progress in Italy and expect first gas from Casa Tiberi by the end of June."
Shares in Sound Oil were up 3.47% to 8.95p by 14:00 on Tuesday.
