LONDON (ShareCast) - Software developer Crimson Tide jumped on Thursday morning after announcing that it has been selected to provide proof of delivery information on deliveries across London for a well-known information provider.
The four-year agreement, which has the option to be extended, will generate a minimum of £218,000 of contracted revenue over its term.
Crimson will provide the service using its mpro5 system by communicating with the client's scheduling system to collect and receive delivery data from mobile devices used by drivers and delivery workers.
The company's chairman, Barrie Whipp, said: "This long term contract with a leading market participant demonstrates the ongoing success and increasing scalability of the mpro solution.
"As a trusted provider of enterprise mobile solutions, our footprint is growing and our software evolving to meet a market hungry for cross platform cloud mobility."
