LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Veltyco announced on Monday that eSports.com has been awarded the EIG award of best start-up during the leading Excellence in iGaming (EiG) conference held last week in Berlin.
The AIM-traded firm said eSports.com was setup to build an online community that produces "engaging and exclusive" content aimed at esports enthusiasts, including an esports shop for merchandise, hardware or in-game items, guides, tutorials and coaching lessons from users.

It had announced a partnership with Esports Radar, the Malta-based owner of eSports.com, on 11 October - which included a minor interest in the share capital of Esports.

"Veltyco is delighted to see the recognition that eSports.com is receiving in the market," said chairman David Mathewson.

"We recently announced the partnership with eSports.com and this further validates the importance of this strategic partnership."
