LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Games Workshop revealed on Thursday that chief executive Kevin Rountree had acquired 1,370 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed miniatures manufacturer.
Rountree, who joined Games Workshop in 1998, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of £117.40 each, for a total value of £160,838.

Following the transaction, Rountree has an ultimate beneficial interest of 9,091 ordinary Games Workshop shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.

As of 1640 BST, Games Workshop shares were up 0.51% at 11,740.0p.
