LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Headlam Group revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Keith Edelman had acquired 7,059 ordinary shares in the London-listed floor coverings business.
Edelman, the chairman of Revolution Bars, purchased the shares at an average price of 281.90p each, for a total value of £19,899.32.

On Monday, Headlam said trading had been "resilient and broadly in-line" with that of the prior year until Downing Street's Covid-19 lockdown measures came into effect in late March.

However, first-half revenues came in 30.6% lower year-on-year at £242.1m as a result of stores shuttering.

As of 1620 BST, Headlam shares were down 2.11% at 279.0p.
