LONDON (ShareCast) - Monday was a relatively quiet day for director dealings with very few notable transactions taking place.

One took place at agricultural and distribution firm NWF Group where Non-Executive Director Yvonne Monaghan acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 138p each.

The £13,800 deal represents Monaghan's entire holding in the firm, equal to a 0.021% stake.

Monaghan, a Chartered Accountant who joined the board in 2013, is currently the Group Finance Director at Johnson Service Group.

The transaction came just a week after NWF's first-half results which showed that headline pre-tax profits had risen 37.5% to £3.3m on sales that were up 1% at £259.1m.

Meanwhile, gift wrapping and cards maker International Greetings said that its Managing Director Lance Burn exercised options over 22,400 shares.

Burns, who joined the board in 2012, sold these at a price of 73p per share, raising £16,352.

Following the transaction, Burns has no stake in the company and holds no more options.
