LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - AC Artistic Limited, a trust in which IG Design Group founder and non-executive director Anders Hedlund holds a beneficial interest in, disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares in the company.
Hedlund's trust sold the shares at an average price of 510p each, for a total value of £2.55m.

Following the above transaction, Hedlund and his family hold an interest in 23.06m ordinary shares in IG Design, representing approximately 29.6% of the company's issued share capital.

Earlier in the month, the designer and manufacturer of celebration, gifting, stationery and creative play products completed its acquisition of Impact Innovations.

As of 1630 BST, IG shares had inched ahead 0.17% to 593p.
