LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Naked Wines revealed on Monday that chief executive Nicholas Devlin had disposed of 11,309 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed online wine retailer.
Devlin, who exercised options over 31,464 shares as part of the company's long term incentive plan on Friday, sold the shares at 804.03p each in order to cover tax liabilities, grossing a total of £90,928.32 from the sale.

Back in June, Naked Wines reported a "strong" performance in its full-year results, with total sales rising 68% to £340.2m.

Naked Wines said the growth was driven by an accelerated shift to online wine purchasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as investment in customer acquisition and "favourable" customer retention and frequency trends.

As of 1645 BST, Naked Wines shares were up 0.86% at 818.0p.
