LONDON (ShareCast) - Dermot Jenkinson, who has served on the board of John Menzies for many years, has disposed of yet another stake in the company.
Jenkinson, a Non-Executive Director who used to be an executive at call centre operator BeCogent, sold 108,750 shares via Roy Nominees, a trust which Jenkinson's wife, Miranda, has interests in, at 803.1p each.
The director, who was once awarded the title of Scottish entrepreneur of the year, now has a beneficial interest of just under 1.89m shares.
He has sold a number of shares in recent times, including a reported £1.6m-worth on Friday and a further £1.63m earlier the same week.
The sale comes as Jenkinson joins forces with two other former executives from BeCogent to re-open an ex-Lloyds Banking Group site in Motherwell after receiving a £1.8m grant from Scottish Enterprise.
The move is expected to create over 1,000 jobs.
