LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Mitie revealed on Friday that chief executive Phil Bentley had acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed outsourcing and energy services firm.
Bentley, who was appointed to the board of Mitie in 2016, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 108.59p each, for a total value of £217,180.40.

As of 1600 GMT, Mitie shares were up 2.26% at 108.40p.
