OCN Overview

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates a maritime services company in Brazil and holds a portfolio of international investments. The Company operates through two segments: Maritime Services and Investments. The Maritime Services segment provides towage and ship agency, port terminals, offshore, logistics and shipyard services in Brazil. The Investment segment holds a diverse global portfolio of international investments. The Company operates the Tecon Rio Grande container terminal in Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul, and the Tecon Salvador container terminal in Salvador Bahia. At its shipyard in Guaruja, Sao Paulo, Wilson Sons builds and maintains its offshore and towage fleets, as well as offering small and medium vessel construction for third parties.
