LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Azerbaijan-focussed gold, copper and silver producer Anglo Asian Mining announced the resignation of non-executive director Michael Sununu from the board of Libero Copper & Gold on Friday.
The AIM-traded firm said the resignation came as its holding in Libero decreased to 5.7%, falling below the 9.9% threshold required to maintain a director position on the board.
It put the reduction in its stake in Libero down to its non-participation in several recent financing rounds.
At 1208 GMT, shares in Anglo Asian Mining were down 0.43% at 57.75p.
