LONDON (ShareCast) - Morgan Sindall Group's chief executive John Morgan sold £0.8m worth in shares on Wednesday.
Morgan sold 102,706 shares for an individual price of 792p each after exercising 107,736 options under the company's executive remuneration plan.
The £813,432 disposal will cover the exercise price, tax and national insurance liability.
Morgan Sindall said last week its full-year results will be in line with expectations despite challenges in its construction and infrastructure division due to problems in a number of construction contracts in London and in the south.
