LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Morgan Sindall Group revealed on Monday that chief executive John Morgan had disposed of 300,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed UK construction and regeneration group.
Morgan, who founded Morgan Sindall's predecessor Morgan Lovell back in 1977, sold the shares on the previous Friday at an average price of 1,364p each, for a total value of roughly £4.09m.

Last Wednesday, Morgan Sindall said that its full-year performance was set to be "slightly above" its previous expectations amid continued strong trading.

In an update on current trading, the construction and regeneration company also said the average daily net cash for the full year is expected to be ahead of previous guidance at more than £100.0m.

As of 1700 GMT, Morgan Sindall shares were up 0.74% at 1,354p.
