LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Equipment rental company Vp announced the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Sandhurst for a cash consideration of £3.325m on Friday.
The London-listed firm said Sandhurst, founded in 2004, was engaged in the rental of specialist excavator attachments to the construction and civil engineering sectors from five locations across the UK.

It would work alongside, and complement, Vp's existing piling business within its UK division.

"The acquisition of Sandhurst adds another new product specialisation to Vp's UK portfolio and I am delighted to welcome the experienced Sandhurst team to the Vp Group," said Vp's chairman Jeremy Pilkington.
