LONDON (ShareCast) - A director at Altitude, the IT services provider, pocketed some extra shares on Monday.
Martin Varley, the group's commercial director, purchased 400,000 shares for 9.38p each, spending a total of £37,520 in the process.

Following the transaction, Varley holds 11.87m shares in the company, which represents 27.67% of the company´s share capital.

Last week the group said its performance for 2015 thus far was in line with expectations, after it reported an increase in full-year revenues of 6% and a 27% decline in pre-tax losses to £1.49m.
