LONDON (ShareCast) - Secure payment and customer service company Eckoh has won its first contract under a new partnership deal with contact centre contractor Capita Customer Management (CCM), part of Capita PLC.
Under the five-year deal, Eckoh will provide technology support to one of Capita's existing customers, a major unidentified UK distribution business.
Starting in the autumn, CCM and Eckoh will upgrade the customer's automated services to cater for significant growth and unforeseen peaks such as at Christmas.
Eckoh Chief Executive Nik Philpot said: "We look forward to developing our alliance with CCM and expect to secure further significant opportunities with them over the coming months."
Eckoh's shares rose 0.62p to 23.88p by 09:58. Broker N+1 Singer said: "Their bid pipeline remains strong and today's win provides further support for the story."
