LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - AIM-listed cloud computing company Iomart said on Tuesday that it is no longer in talks regarding the potential acquisition of German managed hosting company, PlusServer.
Last month, the group responded to press speculation and confirmed that it was one of a number of parties in early stage discussions regarding the acquisition of PlusServer. It said at the time that there could be no certainty the discussions would lead to a deal.
At 1520 BST, the shares were up 1.9% to 320p.
