LONDON (ShareCast) - Ebiquity is launching a strategic review that could lead to the marketing and advertising data firm selling itself.
Ebiquity said that following interest from various parties, it had appointed Ingenious Corporate Finance to help it consider options "which may include a sale of the company".
The firm has more than 1,000 clients including 85 of the top 100 global advertisers, as well as advertising agencies and others, according to its website. It employs more than 600 people at 21 offices in 14 countries.
It said there was no certainty that an offer would be made for the company, adding that it would make more announcements when appropriate.
