LONDON (ShareCast) - The chief executive officer of Ebiquity made a show of faith in the data analysis firm with the purchase of almost £100,000-worth of shares.
Michael Greenlees acquired 94,267 at 106p, taking his holding to 324,267.
The group's share price has dropped around 11% in the past three months, following what Greenlees in July described as a "year of consierable change".
Ebiquity restructured its business and has since been focused on accelerating its international business, particularly in the US and Asia.
At the publication of its results, Greenlees said: "We begin the new year with a high level of visibility on revenue potential which gives us confidence about the year ahead."
The group posted pre-tax profit of £3.4m, down from £6.6m a year earlier. Earnings per share declined from 6.95p to 4.06p.
