LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Gold and base metals exploration and development company Stratex International reported changes to the board of Goldstone Resources - in which it holds a 33.45% interest - on Thursday.
The AIM-traded firm said that, following her initial appointment as interim CEO on 18 February, Emma Priestley has been formally appointed as executive director and CEO of Goldstone with immediate effect.
Priestley will also continue to serve on the Stratex board, and as a result of the announcement will not participate in any Stratex deliberations concerning Goldstone.
"In addition, Andrew Bell, chairman and CEO of Red Rock Resources - which holds a 9.64% interest in Goldstone - will join the Goldstone board as a non-executive director, with immediate effect," Stratex's board said in the announcement.
