LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Gold and base metals exploration and development company Stratex International announced on Thursday that it has entered into a service agreement with Goldstone Resources.
The AIM-traded firm holds a 33.45% interest in Goldstone.
"Under the terms of the agreement, Stratex will provide technical services to support Goldstone for a monthly fee of £1,750 plus VAT as well as a further fee in respect of any specific work streams," Stratex's board said in a statement.
It explained that the specific work streams would include, but were not limited to, project management and analysis of results from exploration programmes.
