The Home Depot, founded in 1978, operates Home Depot stores and is now the world's largest home improvement retailer and the second largest retailer in the United States. The company operates well over 1,500 stores in 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico and recently opened two sourcing offices in China.
