LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Gunsynd executive director Donald Strang purchased 101.18m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed natural resources outfit.
Strang, who has held senior financial and management positions across Australia, Europe and Africa, acquired the shares at an average price of 0.30p, for a total value of £303,540.51.

Gunsynd told investors back in February that it had swung to an interim loss and failed to make a sales profit.

The natural resources investor registered a £131,000 loss before tax during the first half of its 2018 financial year, compared to a £342,000 profit over the same period the previous year.

The company has a number of investments in Oyster Oil and Gas, United Oil and Gas, Brazil Tungsten Holdings, Horse Hill Developments, Sunshine Minerals, Human Brands, Alba Mineral Resources, Zenith Energy and Fastbase Inc.

As of 1640 BST, Gunsynd shares were 1.21% weaker at 0.033p.
