LONDON (ShareCast) - Oil and gas company Thalassa Holdings on Friday said it completed the acquisition of Go Science for 1.8m pounds.
GO Science, which provides mobile sensor grid services and products to the oil and gas, defence and homeland security sectors, was placed into administration in July.
"Whilst this acquisition has taken longer than anticipated to complete we are satisfied that the protracted negotiations were well worth the time and effort," said Chairman, Duncan Soukup.
"We are very excited by the potential of the GO Science business."
