LONDON (ShareCast) - Duncan Tatton-Brown, the Chief Financial Officer of Ocado Group, has acquired 145,988 pounds-worth of shares in the grocery delivery group.

The CFO, who joined the board in September 2012, bought a total of 47,865 shares at 305p each, increasing his stake in the company to 107,865 shares.

That came one day after one fifth of investors on Wednesday voted against the remuneration report and one eighth voting against the policy.
