LONDON (ShareCast) - Somero Enterprises said it is trading ahead of market expectations for the full-year ended 31 December 2015 thanks to trong activity levels in Noth America and the Middle East.
The laser-guided and technologically innovative machinery manufacturer said its trading in May and June remained positive, including in Chine, despite a slower than expected start of the year.

The company noted the Chinese markets is seeing healthy momentum in demand for its products. Meanwhile, Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America are also contributing to overall growth.

As a result, full-year results are expected to be "slightly above" current market expectations.

The company's shares were up 3.41% to 151.5p on Tuesday at 1614 BST.
