LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Mineral exploration and development company Kodal Minerals announced on Friday that David Jones has stepped down from his role as chairman and non-executive director of the company, effective immediately.
The AIM-traded firm said his role as chairman will be taken over by existing non-executive director Robert Wooldridge.
"David has been Chairman since the company's IPO in December 2013, and we thank him for his significant contribution over this period," said Kodal chief executive Bernard Aylward.
