LONDON (ShareCast) - Bosses of Dotdigital, including its chief executive, have reduced their holdings in the company to meet investor demand, the online marketing software supplier said on Monday.
CEO Peter Simmonds, chief technical officer Simon Bird and chief operating officer Tink Taylor each dumped one million shares on the market at 28.41p apiece, generating £284,100 each.
Simmonds only recently increased his stake in the company with the purchase of 17,629 shares at 30.56p. Since that transaction the share price has declined 6.86%, equal to 2.1p.
However, in the last year the share value of the shares has soared more than 35%.
"We are once again delighted with the positive feedback we have received from both current shareholders and new institutions on this recent roadshow following the announcement of the company's full year results," Simmonds said.
"We welcome the investment interest in dotDigital demonstrated by a number of highly regarded institutional investors which we believe further strengthens our shareholder base over the medium and longer term."
