LONDON (ShareCast) - Norcros chairman Martin Towers has acquired 120,000 shares in the home consumer products group.
Towers, who is also a non-executive director, purchased the shares at 16.22p each for a total spend of £19,464.

Meanwhile, in a deal made after the close of Thursday's session, Monitise chairman Peter Ayliffe purchase 270,270 shares at 27.75p.

The move doubled his stake to 520,270 shares.

The total cost of the deal was £74,910.
