LONDON (ShareCast) - CPP Group announced that Hornby's Roger Canham will succeed Eric Anstee as executive chairman, effective immediately.
Canham, who is already a non-executive chairman at the models and collectibles group, will bring six years of chairing experience with Phoenix Asset Management Partners to the role.
The Board said it "would like to thank Eric for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well for the future," in a statement.
The reshuffle comes as CPP attempts to recoup from a multi-million pound fine from the FCA, on grounds of mis-selling card and identity protection policies.
As of 0900 BST, CPP Group was trading 0.8% higher at 6.5p.
