LONDON (ShareCast) - UK based marketing software provider DotDigital has appointed Milan Patel as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.

The new CFO has led the group through its reverse acquisition of West End ventures onto the plus market and assisted the company floating on the AIM-market.

He has played a relevant role in the group’s increasing growth and holds a beneficial interest in the company of 0.14%.

Patel was appointed as the group’s secretary in 2009 and is a chartered certified accountant, as well as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.

Chief Executive Officer, Peter Simmonds, commented: “Milan has been part of the board team for the past five years in his role as company Secretary and has been instrumental in managing the process of moving dotDigital onto the public market, supporting the board's decision making process and managing the financial controls.

"I look forward to continuing to work closely with Milan now that he has formally been appointed as the company's CFO.
