LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Optibiotix Health revealed on Wednesday that chief executive René Kamminga had purchased 8,188 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed life sciences firm.
Kamminga, who was named as CEO back in March, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 55.40p each, for a total value of £4,536.15.

Following the transaction, Kamminga holds an interest in 43,188 ordinary shares in the company, representing 0.05% of Optibiotix's issued share capital.

As of 1615 BST, Optibiotix shares were down 1.52% at 54.56p.
