LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - NAHL Group is expanding its legal services empire, after it announced it will acquire Bush & Company Rehabilitation.
The legal services marketing business announced the plan on Monday, and said it will purchase the entire share capital for £25m, partly funded by a placing of new shares to raise £14.2m.

Bush and Company provides expert witnesses, immediate needs assessment and case management services to injured people, solicitors and insurance companies and specialises in catastrophic and serious injury cases.

NAHL chief executive Russell Atkinson noted that strategic acquisitions are a key part of the group's growth strategy.

"The acquisition offers NAHL the opportunity to extend its reach into the expert witness, immediate needs assessment and case management services market and utilise its experience and skill set from the personal injury market to take advantage of the significant growth opportunities already identified."
