LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Hagai Tal, chief executive officer of AIM-listed marketing solutions firm Taptica International, sold 1.65m ordinary shares in the company on Monday, pocketing almost £7.5m in the process.


Tal sold the shares at a price of 450p each, collecting £7,425,000 in the process.

Taptica, which works with the likes of Amazon, Disney, Facebook, Twitter, OpenTable, Expedia, Lyft and Zynga, anticipated adjusted EBITDA for the trading year ended 31 December to be ahead of market expectations and revenue to be broadly in line with consensus forecasts, the firm announced earlier in January.

As of 1500 GMT, shares remained untraded on 445.00p.

In other news, Bosses at funeral car provider Dignity sold millions of pounds of shares just before the group issued a profit warning that halved the company's value.

Almost £14m of shares were sold in 16 transactions dating back to March 2016, according to an analysis of management dealings by The Times.
