LONDON (ShareCast) - A global contract has been agreed between the engineering information managment (EIM) arm of AIM-listed Idox and Colas Group.
Under the deal, Idox's Mclaren business will supply its new FusionLive software as a service (SaaS) engineering collaboration solution, which has been specifically designed for the construction and engineering industries.

Colas, which operates in roads and transport infrastructure, will use the software to better manage their projects worldwide.

Idox chief executive Richard Kellett-Clarke said: "This contract further consolidates McLaren's market leadership in the world's largest Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) companies as a "best in class" SaaS solution provider.

"As the global trend toward 'Mega Infrastructure' projects continues the need for scalable, robust collaboration solutions such as FusionLive across the entire supply chain is driving adoption.

"Our proven ability to deliver these solutions in German, French, Polish and English in every market across the globe is unique."
