LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Savannah Petroleum announced the completion of 3D seismic acquisition over an 800 square kilometre portion of the R3 license area on Tuesday, approximately two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.
The AIM-traded company said the data acquired will now be processed and interpreted, with further updates being provided in due course.
"I would like to thank the Savannah operational team and our contractor, BGP Niger SARL, for their hard work and efforts in safe and successful delivery of this large 3D seismic survey," said CEO Andrew Knott,.
"With this now complete, we look forward with great excitement to moving into the drilling operations phase on our Niger project."
