LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Gamma Communications revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Andrew Stone had disposed of 100,000 shares in the AIM-listed communications provider.
Stone, who a managing partner at St Albans Capital, sold the shares on Monday in two separate transactions, offloading 88,000 at an average price of 1,656.01p each and the other 12,000 at 1,650.0p per share, grossing a total of £1.65m in the process.

Back in July, Gamma said it had continued to perform well through the first six months of the year despite "challenging" conditions stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Gamma said acquisitions in Spain and Germany had provided the group with scale in Continental Europe and also accelerated the development of its technology, while also noting that it had been successful in progressing its product development and digital transformation programme.

As of 1630 BST, Gamma shares were up 1.51% at 1,685.0p.
